Mediacube is looking for a Support manager!

Mediacube is a financial service for creators that provides daily payments from YouTube and a convenient ecosystem that allows creators to effectively manage their income. More than 10 withdrawal methods, P2P transfers, advance payments, the ability to work with cryptocurrencies, and much more.

Who are we looking for:

  • You love YouTube, follow new products, understand and want to work in the Internet
industry and online marketing
  • You actively use messengers and social networks, always respond instantly to
incoming messages
  • Experience in Excel and CRM will be a big plus, and if not, we will teach you!


  • Analysis of tickets in our internal system (requests from current partners);
  • Analysis of tickets from potential partners, assessment of compliance with internal requirements, communication before connecting channels to the network;
  • Communication with the global YouTube support team and other services;
  • Partner support, informing managers about our current products and changes in the YouTube platform rules;
