Yes, you can. According to Pt 1 of Art. 21 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus, the conclusion of an employment contract is allowed with persons who have reached the age of 16. All persons under the age of 18 are hired only after a preliminary medical examination and further, until they reach the age of 18, are subject to a compulsory annual medical examination, unless otherwise established by the Labor Code (Pt 1 of Art. 275 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus).
